Returns &  Exchanges

      We want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn't the right fit, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Returned with its original packaging and any included documentation.

  • Shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

     Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

About Our Restored Jewelry

      Every piece we sell has been carefully inspected, professionally restored, cleaned, and polished to meet our quality standards before being offered for sale.

Because many of our pieces were originally handcrafted or manufactured by different jewelers, slight variations in craftsmanship, finishing techniques, and design details may be present. These differences reflect the original creation of the piece and are not considered defects.

      We strive to accurately represent every item through detailed descriptions and photographs so you can purchase with confidence. We encourage you to review all photos, measurements, and listing details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

      If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the item differs significantly from its listing description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at VanDuinJewelryHelp@gmail.com. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging.

     If we determine that the item arrived damaged, was shipped incorrectly, or was materially misrepresented, we will provide a replacement (when available) or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
